Open this page using the link Instagram showed you after your request — it contains your confirmation code. Without a code there is nothing for this page to check. For privacy reasons this page cannot look a request up by name, email or Instagram account.

When you ask Instagram to have VIIUS delete your data, VIIUS removes everything it obtained from Instagram about you:

• the access tokens Instagram issued to VIIUS, which are deleted outright;
• your Instagram account ID, username and profile link;
• the Instagram post identifiers and account handle stored against any content you submitted.

Your Instagram connection is marked disconnected. VIIUS cannot read anything from your Instagram account after this, and you can connect again at any time if you want to.

Your VIIUS account is not deleted — removing an Instagram connection is not the same as closing your account, and we do not close it for you.

VIIUS also keeps its own records of work you submitted and were paid for: the campaign, the link you entered, the recorded view counts, and the resulting earnings and payouts. These are financial records we are required to retain for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. They are VIIUS records rather than data obtained from Instagram.
