VIIUS is a marketplace that connects Brands, who fund campaigns, with Creators, who produce and distribute short-form content and earn based on verified performance. You may use VIIUS only if you can form a binding contract, and only in a way that complies with these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least the age required to form a contract in your jurisdiction. Brands are responsible for the accuracy of the campaigns they publish; Creators are responsible for the content they submit and the accounts they connect.

Campaigns are created by Brands and reviewed before they go live. Creators may join an active campaign, submit content according to its brief and rules, and earn a reward once that content is reviewed and performance is verified. Reward models, budgets and rules are shown on each campaign and may vary between campaigns.

VIIUS does not guarantee any level of views, engagement, campaign budget, or earnings. Figures shown for a campaign — including CPM rates, estimated views and projected payouts — are estimates, not promises. Earnings depend on real, verified performance and remaining campaign budget, and a submission is not guaranteed to be approved or to earn any reward.

You may not use VIIUS to:

• Submit fraudulent, purchased, bot-generated, or otherwise artificially inflated views or engagement.
• Claim ownership of a social media account or piece of content that is not genuinely yours.
• Circumvent, manipulate, or interfere with VIIUS's verification, fraud detection, or payment systems.
• Submit content that infringes someone else's rights or violates a campaign's stated rules.
• Misrepresent your identity, your organization, or your campaign's results.

Violations may result in rejected submissions, withheld earnings, and account suspension or termination.

We may suspend or terminate your access to VIIUS, including withholding pending payments, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created risk for other users of the platform. You may stop using VIIUS and request account closure at any time.

VIIUS is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to flag material changes, but you should check this page periodically.
